In between training at the YMCA as well as working independently I have helped nearly 200+ clients during my tenure as a personal trainer. There is also limitations with working for a gym in regards to pricing, scheduling, location, and equipment. Therefore I started TruFitness. It allows me the ability to solely focus on my clients in a much more personal setting.
