We are an outpatient therapy practice working with individuals, couples, and families from childhood thru the elderly who want to regain control of their lives and experience a renewed sense of inner peace, calmness, joy, meaning, and purpose. We work with a wide variety of problems - trauma & PSTD, stress, substance use, relationships, parenting, grief & loss, anger, physical and emotional pain, anxiety, depression, etc. We focus on what's happened to you vs. what's wrong with you.
