I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Exposure Response & Ritual Prevention Therapy (ERP), and advanced Mindfulness. My practice is also strongly influenced by somatic approaches, attachment theory, and neurobiology-based psychoeducation.
