Meadowsweet is a New American Restaurant in Williamsburg that opened in the summer of 2014 by husband and wife team Polo Dobkin and Stephanie Lempert. At Meadowsweet, chef Dobkin showcases a thoughtful, modern American menu in the bright and airy space. Lempert oversees the wine list and seasonal cocktail program, which draws from the restaurant¹s lush indoor mezzanine herb garden.
