Forest Medical Spa

A Medical Spa, by definition of the International Medical Spa Association, is a facility that offers traditional and complementary practices in a spa-like setting under the full-time, on-site supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Our staff are licensed health-care professionals who offer their clients an opportunity to receive comprehensive skin care in a single facility. All treatments utilize FDA approved medical equipment with clinically proven results. Primarily, Forest Medical Spa provides restorative and preventative skin care.
