Established in 2004. When designing Bistro 70, my desire was to create an atmosphere that was casual enough for an afternoon lunch, yet upscale enough for an elegant dinner. I wanted to give people a place they could frequent for any occasion and at the same time, not sacrifice the service or ambiance one would find at a fine dining establishment.
