Beck opened its office on the riverfront in Tampa Heights – home to a rich history –hoping to cultivate Tampa’s identity and attract more activity in the area. Designed and built by Beck, the two-story, 30,000 SF office features two floors of open office space and a third floor, 50-person community conference room and garden roof deck overlooking the Hillsborough River and Waterworks Park. The eco-friendly office complex has contributed to urban renewal in one of Tampa’s designed community redevelopment areas. The LEED Gold certified building features a green roof, solar panels, recycled materials and shading devices on the south side protecting the windows from direct sunlight.
